Arabic calligraphy

Care

Wipe the Canvas with a clean, dry cloth. We recommend micro-fiber cloth to limit any scratches or damage to the print. UV coating is scratch-resistant. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Shipping and delivery

Prints take about 2 weeks: 4-5 business days to print, plus 7-8 business days for delivery depending on your location. Made-to-order paintings/prints usually take 2–3 weeks.

Free shipping across the UAE.
Each print is made to order in Dubai and shipped from within the UAE – no international customs.
Printing takes 1–2 business days, then delivery usually takes 2–8 business days – about 1–2 weeks in total. Framed paper prints may take a little longer.

Return policy

Ready-made items

You can return a ready-made hand painting within 10 days of delivery if you change your mind. It needs to be in its original condition and packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Please contact me first to start a return – items sent back without contacting me can't be accepted.

Prints and custom orders

Prints are made to order, and custom paintings are created just for you, so I can't accept returns on these for a change of mind.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact me within 48 hours with a photo of the item and the packaging. I'll arrange a replacement or a refund, whichever suits you, and I'll cover the return postage.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items and gift cards can't be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once I receive and check your return, I'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method – card, PayPal or Afterpay. Your bank may take a few business days to process it.
